Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online.
Unfortunately we are only able to accept one gift card per transaction online, however multiple gift cards can be redeemed in the one transaction where local pick up is applicable from our Perth office.

Absolutely! Where we are able we will do our best to match or beat any competitor’s price. It must be the exact same product and be an “IN STOCK” item. Freight and other charges are all considered in a price match too, so be sure to check if that is something you will have to pay before asking us to match a price.

We offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure; such as:

  • When they are Faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Different from the sample shown to you
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

Absolutely! All orders will be shipped with a Tax Invoice and one can also be emailed on request.

You will need to retain this Invoice for any applicable warranties on the products you have purchased.

The Wish List is for you to add your favorite items to come back to at a later date. Saving items in the wish list is a great way of remembering with such a vast range of items available.

Absolutely! Twisted Glam now accepts payments made with Afterpay.
Afterpay can be used for purchasing products or Gift Vouchers online and can be redeemed during the normal payment transaction process at the checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Absolutely! During the checkout process, select the pick-up method.
One of our customer support team members will be in touch with you once your order is ready for collection. If the order is required urgently, please contact us on 08 6397 3450 – Option 2.

Absolutely! When ordering online place your company information and delivery details with your contact number in the shipping address section. Don’t forget to ensure that the delivery is addressed attn. to yourself!

Cost of shipping for orders will be calculated during check out. Your delivery charge will vary depending on the size, weight and location your package is being sent to.

All packages are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

All Australian orders over $150 will have free standard postage.

A tracking number will be uploaded to the order once it has been sent. You should receive an email once this has been done. You can also log into your account to track the progress of your order.

This will depend on where you are and how we send the order.

Small orders, generally under 5KG will be sent Australia Post Parcel Post and take between 2-6 Business days.

Larger or Bulky orders will be sent by courier and will take between 1-12 Business days.
